New to Haitian treats?

Start here.

Whether you grew up with these flavors or you are trying them for the first time, here is a quick guide.

What is kremas?

Kremas is a creamy Haitian drink made with coconut, milk and warm spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. It is traditionally made with rum and served chilled at holidays and celebrations. Check each product page for details.

How do you eat kasav?

Kasav is a flatbread made from cassava. Most people warm or toast it and spread it with manba, butter or konfiti. It is also great alongside soup or with a hot drink.

What makes Haitian manba different?

Manba is Haitian peanut butter. It is a breakfast staple, often eaten with bread or kasav, and some families like it with a little piman for heat.

How do I make hot chokola?

Haitian chokola is melted into hot milk, usually with cinnamon, a little sugar and sometimes evaporated milk, then stirred until smooth and rich.

Can I order a mix of products?

Yes. Add any combination to your cart and check out once. It is an easy way to build a gift for family or stock up for the holidays.
